2. BrewDog Brewery
BrewDog is a multinational brewery and pub chain based in Scotland. This brewery allows employees to bring their pets to work. And if the employees adopt a dog from a shelter they will get a week off.
3. Gravity Payments
The founder of the credit-card processing and financial services company realizing how important the income is, so he decided to share the income of the company equally with all employees. They all make $70,000 a year.
4. Hare Krishna Exports
The founder of the company that exports diamonds has given 1,260 cars and 400 apartments to his most productive employees in 2016. Now that is motivational.
5. Sagmeister & Walsh
Stefan Sagmeister is a New York-based graphic designer, storyteller, and typographer who knows that creativity can’t be pressured. So every 7 years, he gives his employees a year-long leave.
Workplaces are rarely the place where you have fun but Lee McAteer, the co-founder of Invasion, in Manchester, UK turned the office into an enormous ball pit once.
7. Hime & Co
This company cares about relationships and understands broken hearts. They give women who were broken up with days off. Women who are 25 years or older get two days and women who are 30 years or older get three days.
The company founded in 2008 by Facebook co-founder Dustin Moskovitz and ex-engineer Justin Rosenstein cares about what their employees eat. So they’ve decided that they’ll have a professional cook coking all the meals.
