Angelina Jolie Looking Stylish In Black While Stepping Out In NYC
Angelina Jolie looked amazing while wearing a long plush black coat over a full-length black dress with towering black heels in NY last Thursday. The 42-year-old seemed to be in a great mood greeting her fans with a big smile.
Her hair was in loose waves and she was rocking a touch of mascara and a glossy nude lip color. The mother-of-six received two Golden Globe nominations for movies that she produced.
She matched the dress with a pair of pointed toe black stiletto heels.
Taking some time for autographs.
The actress received nods from the Hollywood Foreign Press Assocation for First They Killed My Father in the Best Motion Picture – Foreign Language and for The Breadwinner in The Best Motion Picture – Animated category.
The first movie is about the atrocities in Cambodia under the Khmer Rouge and stars Sareum Srey Moch and Phoeung Kompheak.
The Breadwinner is about a girl who lives under Taliban rule in Afghanistan and cuts off her hair to work to support her family.
She took some time to elaborate on her activism.
The subjects that were incorporated in her movies are subjects that have been dear to her heart for quite some time.
Angelina made sure to make a stop at the Light After Darkness: Memory, Resilience and Renewal in Cambodia discussion on Thursday at the Asia Society.
She took a seat to discuss the role of art in recalling historical events. She was joined by Cambodian director Rithy Panh, excutive director of Cambodian Living Arts Pholeun Prim and the author of the memoir Loung Ung.
President of the Ford Foundation, Darren Walker moderated the discussion.
It has been a good week.
She was seen earlier on Thursday with her kids Pax, 14, Knox, 9, Viviene, 9, and Shiloh, 11.
Angelina and Brad Pitt divorced in September 2016, only two years after being married. They had been dating though since 2005.
