A makeup artist named Brittany Nichole Morefield opened a window into her private struggle and decided to guide the world into what anxiety actually means to her.
“Anxiety is crippling. Anxiety is dark. Anxiety is having to make up excuse after excuse for your behavior,” Morefield wrote on her Facebook page. The post got shared 418 thousand times in the Internet.
This number only shows how many people have to deal with this, whether it’s them personally, or someone dear to them. And it shows the utmost importance of discussing anxiety loud and clear.
