If you work out a lot, you tend to sweat. That’s something everyone knows, and to keep down the heat, we’d much rather wear less clothes because it’s easier on us when it comes to sweating.

But some people find it acceptable to wear as little as possible in the gym in case you sweat a lot and you want it to be easier on you.

A friend of well-being blogger Louise Aubery was working out in the gym, and sweating a fair bit. However, despite wearing a sports bra underneath, she refused to take off her long-sleeved top.

IT IS EASIER THAN YOU THINK ⠀ ⠀ I love to extend thinking on subjects I find interesting. And I notice with the DMs I am getting that a lot of people say a common statement : they really want to improve, but they do not succeed. It takes too much time, they “like food too much”, or they just do not know where to begin. ⠀ ⠀ But in reality, it is really simple : you just have to implement habits. We have all already done it : setting an alarm, for example, and got the habit to wake up early. So start small. You can start by implementing the habit of drinking lemon juice in hot water in the morning, it really cleans your liver. I’ve personally implemented it lately. What’s the habit you have introduced lately ? If you are looking to eat healthier, or just to have new recipe ideas, I just published a What I Eat In A Day video on my YouTube channel, link in bio _______________________________________ C’EST PLUS SIMPLE QUE VOUS NE PENSEZ .

Louise caught her friend in the changing rooms afterwards, asking why she kept her long-sleeve top on the whole time, and the answer she got was: “I do not feel comfortable anymore since a guy told me I wanted to show off my body,” she replied.

Infuriated, Louise posted this photo on Instagram:

This is what she wrote: “LEM’ME [sic] TOUCH ON SOMETHING REAL QUICK. As I was doing my deadlifts in the crossfit room today, a girl I knew walked in. She started practicing her pull ups. Counting her, we were 2 women and 5 men in the room. I saw her getting really sweaty as time passed, but she was keeping her long sleeve top on. In the lockers, I saw she had a sport bra underneath. I kind asked her: ‘Why did you keep your top on while you were training? It was so hot in the room!’ She hesitated, and answered: ‘I do not feel comfortable anymore since a guy told me I wanted to show off my body’.”

IF ONLY I HAD THE MOTIVATION You have goals. You want to reach them, so badly. But you just don’t have the motivation 100% of the time. Does that sound familiar ? I am not sharing enough motivational content with you THAT IS GOING TO CHANGE MY FRIENDS. I cannot tell you how I happy I am when someone tells me I give him/her some motivation to lead a healthy lifestyle. And there’s no reason it cannot be YOU. These are my best tips to start with : 1 – Set a sustainable goal for the next month (ie : lose 2kgs / manage to do a push-up / eat 2 servings of vegs a day) 2 – Tell it to someone close to you who will be able to check you did not give up 3 – Go grocery shopping / make you a list of healthy meals to prep for the week / prepare 2 or 3 workouts for this week that you WILL do. You can do this ! I promise you you can _____________________________________ SI SEULEMENT J’AVAIS LA MOTIVATION.

Louise was so mad that she almost wanted to pull the guy to one side.

“So guys can train as they want but women would not have the right to work out in a sports bra?” she asked.

“HELL YES YOU CAN GIRL. Do not let anyone tell you how you should behave. Sports bra have been created FOR this purpose, so please, do not feel ashamed wearing it at the gym, especially when it is so warm. For your health, for your comfort, and even more simply for yourself.”

The post has received over 21k likes and as ever, insanely positive comments.

“I can’t believe someone would say that, what a jerk. Everyone wears what they are comfortable in when going to the gym, who does this guy think he is telling others why they can and can’t wear. And frankly, if she wants to show off her body, let her! She’s taking the time to perfect her body, she deserves to show it off if she wants to!” one user wrote.

“You are so inspiring! You go girl❤” another one wrote.
