Thirty-six-year-old singer Britney Spears has shown her toned body once again and revealed the fitness regimen behind it. The well-known fitness fanatic took to Instagram to show off a series of her intense workouts. Looking better than ever, Britney who was once notorious for her unhealthy lifestyle now apparently is a fitness maniac!
Nowadays, the pop star does not seem to miss a day of training and working out. In a new Instagram video montage, hot mamma Britney shows off her trim and toned physique and the series of workouts that go into achieving it.
The clip, which begins with Spears lifting weights outdoors in a sports bra and tiny shorts, includes Eve’s ‘Tambourine’ as background music. Later on in the video, the mother-of-two does some gymnastic moves as well: impressively, she successfully does a demanding headstand wearing only a bikini top, before hitting the indoor gym.
In the caption, Spears joked about keeping herself fit. “Had a couple of weeks off… ha!!”
“Well, not really… been keeping my body strong and motivating myself every day,” she continued. “There’s nothing like mommy and workout time, the beautiful outdoors, and flipping into gear.”
The songwriter often teases about her intense gym sessions on her Instagram account. Back in 2014, she highlighted how important her workout is to her daily routine in an interview with Women’s Health.
“Daily exercise is important for me both mentally and physically,” she said at the time. “I don’t mind working out. Trainers keep you motivated, but I don’t have a problem being motivated.”
