14 Women Celebrities Who Barely Aged

Honestly, years go by so fast but in Hollywood it seems like for some celebrities the time stopped. I mean, can you believe that Halle Berry is over 50 and Katie Couric is 60?

And no, it’s not always botox… Sometimes it’s eating well, getting enough sleep, exercising and… well, genes. Down below you can see 14 women celebrities that are older than you think.

Halle Berry

She could easily pass as someone in her 30’s, don’t you think? When asked about her secret she said: “My routine of taking care of my skin is always the same. I use a cleanser, toner, moisturize, then use eye cream. I also like to do facials from Red Carpet Facial. I have to do my Red Carpet Facial once a week.”

Jennifer Aniston

The famous actress born in 1969 thinks that getting old is something that you should celebrate. Aniston noted, “I think we have to change our perspective. I don’t think life stops after 50. If anything, it gets more and more exciting.” She added, “For some reason, we don’t honor or pay respect to aging. It’s something that we look at as a negative, and yet every single person on this planet does it.”

Salma Hayek

This sultry film actress, who was born in 1966, could easily pass for someone two decades younger. Hayek doesn’t lament losing her looks as she grows older, though. She has much more practical concerns, noting: “The worst part of the aging process has been my eyes. Not the wrinkles, the eyes themselves. I’m such a visual person and [now] I cannot read without depending on glasses… It has been really, really sad. The eyes, for me, that’s worse than the menopause.”

Sandra Bullock

Can you believe she’s over 50? She has the perfect skin including the fact that she never used Botox or had plastic surgery. This is her secret to aging: “Everyone ages, it’s life. I didn’t like the idea of going under the knife just to look a little younger,” Sandra said. “It’s a dangerous game, once you do one procedure you can easily find yourself back in the operating room… I’d rather use a skin care regimen.”

Katie Couric

She has been on the air for over three decades and is mostly thankful for her baby face. Couric says that she hasn’t done anything glamorous to look younger.  “I work out at spinning classes, but I don’t go every day. I watch what I eat, but a cupcake occasionally slips under the radar. At work, I have a fantastic makeup artist and stage lighting that could safely land a 747 in fog. While I’d like those lights to follow me around outside the office, they don’t and when I’m at home in my bathroom, I see in the mirror every line and wrinkle that the television audience doesn’t.”

Jennifer Lopez

Jennifer definitely takes the cake here. There’s no way she’s hitting 50 in 3 years. The singer/actress credits priceless hours of sleep, meditation, dancing and exercises. She noted: “It’s no secret that I love dancing, so it doesn’t even feel like exercise to me. I freestyle dance with Tracy Anderson five times a week. We’ll incorporate light weights (3 lbs) for the arms and moves that focus on the butt and thighs and engage the core.”

According to Gabrielle, looking younger is so easy. As easy as saying no! “My best anti-aging tip is the ability to say no, no, and hell no,” Union says. “We run ourselves ragged saying yes to every freaking thing, whether it’s to our family, spouses or careers. I sleep eight hours a day and don’t let myself stress out. A lot of people call it selfish, but I don’t have any wrinkles.”
