Veteran Psychologist Gives Interpretations On The Most Common Dreams We Have

It’s commonly known that dreams can vary from person to person. However, there are some dreams which we all have at some point in our lives. The unique ones are probably best if we interpret them ourselves, but the universal ones have well known meanings that are equal no matter who we apply them to. Some of the most common ones include:

* Falling

* Taking an exam or test you haven’t prepared for

* Being naked in public

All of us has had one of these dreams at some point. But what do they actually mean? Keep reading if you want to find out.

Ian Wallace is a psychologist who has been interpreting dreams for over 30 years, and during that time, he has interpreted over 150,000 dreams (that’s about 5000 dreams per year!), and these are his interpretations for the most common dreams that people have.

1. Driving an out of control vehicle.

One common dream is driving an out of control vehicle.

The vehicle is representing your ability to make progress towards achieving your goals in life, and you probably feel like you are not in control on the way to your goal.

2. Falling

Arguably the most common dream. According to Wallace, it means that you are holding on to a situation in your life too tightly, and that situation may not be the best for you.

Have more trust in yourself.

3. Flying.

If you dream that you’re flying, it means that you have freed yourself from something or someone in life that was holding you down.

4. Taking a test or exam you’re not prepared for

This one is simple. It means that we are examining our performance in life.
