All you have to do is to open your kitchen cabinet and the fridge and get this:
- 3-4 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons baking soda
Then warm up the milk and pour it in a plastic washbowl or feet soaking tub and add the baking soda. Stir well and dip your feet in it for 10-15 minutes.
You can even relax and listen to music while waiting. When you are done, rinse your feet with warm water and dry off gently with a towel. Before putting your cotton socks apply your daily foot cream. You will be surprised with the results.
