Elise Strachan is the woman behind the MyCupcakeAddiction YouTube desserts channel. The channel hosts over 400 ‘how to’ baking and decorating tutorials.
She is also a published author. She gathered some of her most successful recipes in a 240-pages book titled Sweet.
YouTube user Arden Skinner left a comment under the video saying: “Elise I saw your book at the store and of course I bought it, I am a huge fan and love all of your creations keep up the great work it is so appreciated!“
In this particular video, Elise will be leading us to the prospect of making a tiny tart recipe for just one person.
And that’s good. Since I’m single and not ready to mingle.
2 tablespoons of melted butter
½ cup of crushed cookies
4 tablespoons of white choc chips
¼ cup of cream cheese
Cup of whipping cream
2 tablespoons of strawberry Jello
Put the crushed cookies as well as the butter in a tiny pot. Mix them the best you can. Press the mixture into a tiny pan.
Take the softened cream cheese and stir it with an electric mixer. Microwave the chocolate for 45 seconds. Mix it all together. Semi-whip your cream and add it into the stirring pot. Fold through.
Put it into the freezer and let it stay there for one hour.
Cut the tops of the strawberries. Next, mix the Jello crystals with 3 tablespoons of hot water.
In addition, decorate the dough by putting the strawberries on top of it. Pour the Jello mixture on top. Refrigerate for two hours.
If you’re kind of lost, there’s a whole video, no worries. Like I said – dessert time is upon us!
What I found funny is that think that one tiny tart will just not do for them!
“Who eats a cheesecake JUST FOR ONE? I could eat a whole 9-inch pan by myself in 15 minutes.”
