There is almost nothing we hold back on and don’t share on social media, especially on Facebook. It has become a place where you mostly see baby pictures and engagement photos. Of course, we feel happy for them, but whenever something big happens in your life, it doesn’t mean it has to be shared immediately on your friend’s list. Apparently, Zach Lamplaugh who is an Atlanta-based Facebook member had enough of it and decided to do something about it.
According to Elite Daily, he wanted to troll all of his friends on Facebook with a series of engagement-announcement pictures with multiple people. Everything started out with a sweet picture with him and his friend Somaly.
“We finally made it official!!!” the caption said.
His friend list thought it was real and they immediately started congratulating the “new couple.”
But it didn’t stop there.
“Wow! I couldn’t believe the overwhelming support I received online for getting engaged! So many of you liked my post that I went ahead and got engaged a second time! Thank you everyone for all your encouragement!” he wrote in a photo showcasing his “love” for a second friend, Sopheak. Somaly was seen “crying” in the background.
And a third?
This time with Stephanie. “Wow everyone! Thanks to your love and support online I was able to get engaged for a third time! So excited for our future together!!!”
Then, he continued with the rest of his friends…eventually adding six more friends to the whole gag.
Positive vibes all round!
