If you have problems with snoring, try sleeping on the side or clear your sinuses with saline before going to bed and avoid alcohol.
2. Shoulder pain
Sleeping on your side might cause shoulder pain. You could try sleeping on the side that doesn’t hurt but it’s best if you sleep on your back and hug a pillow.
3. Back pain
If you have issues with back pain, try putting a pillow under your thighs.
4. Can’t wake up
This issue might be too familiar to you, and you can easily fix it by waking up at the same time each day.
5. Leg cramps
In case this happens, try massaging the affected area and stretch.
6. Can’t fall asleep
Don’t drink a lot of caffeine and do some exercise during the day. Also, make sure you get used to parting from your phone before going to bed.
7. Can’t stay asleep
Don’t consume alcohol before going to bed and make sure the room temperature is set between 68 and 71 °F.
8. Neck pain
Replace the pillows at least every two years.
9. Acid reflux
Try sleeping on the left side and use an elevated pillow, but make sure to visit a doctor, too.
