Get Rid of Your Bra Bulge With These Simple Exercises


We all crave the perfect body.We obsess about even the strangest parts of our body for not being perfect. Now this post is precisely for one of those strange parts of the female body – the bra bulge. The very small piece of side flesh that sticks out from the sides of the bra. But don’t worry, if you have the problem with the bulge here is the solution how to get rid of it.

Follow these steps and have the perfect breasts without being concerned about any flesh sticking out of the bra!
Step 1: Deadlift

This one helps because it strengthens the back muscles, the glutes and hamstrings.

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart while you put your arms across your chest. Slightly bend your knees keeping your spine straight.

Next, bring your chest downwards while you bend at your hips. Keep your eyes focused on the floor. Pay attention to your neck which has to be in line with your spine. Keep your back straight as you  slowly straighten up.

Repeat 3 sets of 15.

Step 2: YTI

This one is useful because it engages the muscles in the upper back and shoulders.

Extend your arms and legs while you lie on the ground with your face down. Raise your arms in the shape of Y, then bring them into the shape of T. Finally press them down by your sides as you will connect your palms behind your back and elongate at once. This is called the I shape. Repeat this in 3 sets of 15. Don’t forget to go slow since you can strain your neck.
Step 3: Opposite arm and leg reach

This one helps because it targets your core.

Lift one arm and the opposite leg while on your hands and feet. Again go slow! Repeat the action in 3 sets of 15 for each arm.
