Rainbows happen when the sun rays disperse through water droplets creating a spectrum opposite the sun. Rainbow waffles happen when you love marshmallow, read Metdaan and follow Cookies Cupcakes and Cardio.
If you don’t have a waffle maker you will find a link to order one in the video description; alternatively, you can do the recipe with pancakes instead of waffles – it will be equally delicious.
This recipe was developed and shared by Canadian vlogger Jenn Johns, the lady behind Cookies Cupcakes and Cardio. Her channel is an interesting combination between Do It Yourself recipes for baking cakes and cupcakes on one hand, and hiking trips to burn those calories on the other. Seems like she has found the perfect guiltless way of eating sweets.
So follow Jenn in this adventure that ends under the proverbial rainbow in an explosion of colors and tastes – and don’t forget to take a long walk to a real rainbow afterwards.
