First, make sure you pile your plate high with all types of fruit and vegetables. They are fairly cheap and easily found. You can eat kale, broccoli, grapes, apricots or kiwi as they have beta-carotene and vitamin C content, which is good for your stomach. Fruits and vegetables also cleanse your colon and help to keep things moving.
Increase your intake of foods that are high in fiber. Include black beans, lentils, peas, artichokes and broccoli in your diet and your colon will be grateful.
3. Drink lots of water
