The Well-Kept Indian Secret To Blackheads Removal

The Well-Kept Indian Secret To Blackheads Removal

Blackheads are a symptom of acne, a skin condition in which the pores of the skin become blocked. They are quite unflattering and a real bore.

I can only wish that they are gone forever, but this is not how blackheads work. Once you take them out, the pores are open for them to come back once more!
So, I guess we just have to learn how to make the removal process as easy and simple for us, since it’s going to be happening at least twice a month.

There is a video that works perfectly well and it is an Indian, make-at-home routine.

You will need:

Old tootbrush
Clean cloth
Warm water
Fuller’s Earth (multani mitti)

The Process

On any clean surface, squeeze a little bit of toothpaste and add a pinch of salt to it.

Mix that up as well as you can. Scoop a little bit with the toothbrush and brush the area of your skin that you are trying to get the blackheads off of very gently with it.

Scrub for about two minutes and wash off with normal tap water.

Next, take the cloth, dip it in the water and wring the water out as best you can. Basically, what we need here is a warm, steamy cloth.
Leave your cloth on for 15 seconds then remove. Repeat the procedure two more times.

The last step is the mixture of ¾ teaspoon of Fuller’s Earth and 2/5 teaspoon of yogurt. Mix it as well as you can.

Apply the mixture very gently over your blackhead area and massage it into your skin.

That’s basically it. Once you are done, you can apply some moisturizing cream on the area!
