25-year old model and actress Kate Upton, who is known for her appearances in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, was doing a photo shoot for Sports Illustrated in Aruba last week when a wave knocked the beauty into the sea. The Michigan-born was posing topless in a tulle skirt perched on a rock in the Southern Caribbean island when the wave knocked her off, causing her skirt to fall off and revealing her naked body. After her quick rescue, she laughed it off, like a real pro.
The sunkissed 25-year-old model and actress looked like a true siren of the sea. Her trademark blonde hair appeared windswept as she gazed out across the ocean, before this beautiful scenery was interrupted.
The wave that caught her caused mild panic as a crew member tried to catch Kate before she fell, ultimately unable to do it in time.
Photographs show the would-be hero struggling to keep a straight face. Meanwhile, The Other Woman actress slipped helplessly from her rock, flashing a cheeky bit of her pert derriere as she went.
Eventually, however, the 25-year-old was helped her to her feet, and she had a big laugh. Kate only had minor injuries to her feet and was able to walk around and joke with everyone straight away. She even went climbing back onto the rock to make the photoshoot perfect, as a real professional!
Other models might storm off to their rooms, but she was so down-to-earth and giggled at the bizarre experience.
The shoot also included pictures of her kneeling on the golden beach, holding her bare breasts in her hands, among many others.
Kate’s glamorous career has been on the up lately: she recently starred in films The Layover and The Disaster Artist and is now engaged to 34-year-old baseball player Justin Verlander of the Houston Astros.
