Kelly Osbourne’s Weight Loss Transformation Is Unbelievable

People are obsessed with being fit, especially when the summer season kicks in. We live in an age where due to the sedentary lifestyles of most westerners, it’s easier to gain weight than to lose it. In order to get slimmer, we have to take active steps. But weight loss isn’t always easy because there will be times when motivation can make you lose 5-10 pounds in a week but if there’s no discipline, then it’s not possible.  Kelly Osbourne, the daughter of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne went through a major weight loss transformation. She showed that off by dropping 75 pounds!

She weighted 210 pounds 7 years ago and standing at 5 foot 2 inches she was at an unhealthy body weight.

Over the past years, she has lost more than 70 pounds to reveal a slimmer and fitter body.

She gives a lot of credit to her friends who were extremely supportive.

“‘I’m lucky because my friends are really supportive. I got the Nike+ FuelBand, and now we’re all in competition with one another. It forces you to work out because you don’t want anyone to see that you didn’t.”

Now, Kelly weights 135 pounds and with the help of portion control and calorie restriction she managed to drop the extra weight.

She implemented a yoga routine and also cardio sessions and training.

She said that she cut of soda, simple sugars, processed foods and her favorite desserts. Ouch!

She was asked what her favorite diet food was but she says that she doesn’t like diet food.

“I implement a ‘flexible dieting’ approach where I can have the foods that I want as long as I hit my macronutrient and calorie numbers.”

She also says that she never followed a strict meal plan and her workouts aren’t very intense. She hops on a cardio machine 30 minutes a day.

It’s not important how we look like in a month or in a half year, it’s about how we feel during that time.

Kelly says: “I’m the most secure and content I’ve ever been. Though I’m still very self-deprecating: I look in the mirror sometimes and I feel like going back to bed. Everyone has good days, and everyone has bad days.”

Even though she hit her goal back in the 2013, she still continues living healthy staying away from her old unhealthy habits.
