Her reputable nutritionist shared the real secret of her client’s 1800 calorie body diet. This is what you should be eating for the perfect summer body.
Colette Heimowitz is the nutritionist, and here’s how she breaks it down for the world. The 36-year-old TV star, doesn’t eat more than 1,800 calories per day. For breakfast she has an egg omelet, for lunch grilled lime chicken with spinach salad and feta ranch dressing. Dinner could be zucchini noodles with a spicy chicken sausage.
She either has a harvest trail bar – nuts and fruits or hummus and vegetables. Greek yogurt and berries are another choice too. For sweets, she always prefers the Atkins chocolate peanut butter cups.
After losing more weight, she’s changed her diet. Kim is getting paid from Atkins for sure but the mom of two children also kept this one during high school years.
Starting on the Atkins 40 programs, she couldn’t eat starches but only adequate protein, dairy healthy fats and high-fiber carbs.
“She can add a side of brown rice, quinoa, sweet potato, or baked potato. Because as you get to your weight loss goals, you can add a little bit more carbohydrate because you don’t have as much weight to lose.”
When Kim is down for something, she doesn’t cheat on it. Even if she is on vacation!
