Have you ever thought about what’s the Kardashians’ body-figure secret? Is it the money they have to spend on surgeries or the type of food they eat? Thirty-eight-year-old Kourtney Kardashian certainly looks flawless, but she has concerned her fans with the way she looks lately. Kourtney is well-known to be strict about her diet, but her latest habits may have crossed the healthy barriers. Just for the sake of dropping a few pounds, the mother-of-three revealed her infamous low-calorie diet. This diet excludes gluten, dairy, and artificial sugar from her life. This looks a bit like staving yourself to me, doesn’t it? Some of Kourtney’s fans think so, too.

The oldest of the Keeping Up with the Kardashians clan is known by her sisters for being strict with food. Her latest diet is more like starving herself whenever she can. A source told Radar Online the mom-of-three only survives on nuts and seeds as she continues with her diet.

“Her calorie counting is out of control! If Kourtney can go through a day eating less than 1,000 calories she’s happy,” the insider revealed, adding the reality star is “obsessive about nuts.”

Although almonds and peanut butter are considered to be healthy snacks, it’s not enough to get a person through the day, right?

The source also claims those close to the reality star worry she’s heading toward a dangerous plan with the extreme diet.  “Her purse is full of all kinds of seeds and nuts, plus healthy berries and grains – it’s like something out of an aquarium!”

Earlier this year, Kourtney shocked fans when she revealed one shocking habit of hers. She revealed that once a week, she starves herself but eating nothing! In a blog post about how she detoxes her body, she detailed her “low-carb diet” and confessed to skipping meals for long periods of time.

According to her app, she also loads up on supplements and vitamins before eating anything for the day. For example, she drinks liquid collagen before breakfast to “reduce cellulite, wrinkles, fine lines” on her face. Vitamin C and apple cider vinegar are also regular as they  “provide anti-aging and mood balancing benefits.”
