Parents and all carriers of baby seats can relate to this: your baby and you are finally ready to go home from the hospital. There is one more thing to do! Carry the transporter to the car. And it may seem like it’s the easiest thing to do, but, it’s actually way heavier than a normal stroller or your baby. Parents are pretty familiar with the back pain associated with carrying this awkward baby car seat. If only there was a way to stop the pain!
One mother is teaching us to carrying it like a pro. And there is no pain. A mother surprised thousands of parents with her video on how to properly carry a car seat, and parents are loving it.
Many people hook their arm through the handle and carry it in the crook of their elbow, but as you will see in the video below, this is the toughest way to do it.
“It’s not going to hurt your shoulder, it’s not going to hurt your hip, and you’re not going to have to use your knee to swing like I had to do with my two [kids],” explains Dr Emily Puente of the Bridge Family Chiropractic in Mansfield, Texas. “Someone taught me this before, and it’s been the greatest thing.” The video has already been shared over 55k times since Puente uploaded it to Facebook, and it’s easy to see why when you watch it.

It’s wonderful that parents from all around the world will get to try this great hack. They can give some feedback to the mother as well.
The mother has received more than 19K comments, and the opinions are divided. Some claim they will try this and suppose it works. Jessika is very excited for instance: “This might be of some use when little man gets here.”
Some claim this is totally not suited for all babies. Janelle adds: “Only for newborns and skinny babies!! Will not work on chunky babies like my family has.”
