Young Mom Says ‘Screw The Scale’ After Giving Birth

Young mom Kelsey Wells was trying to get her pre-pregnancy looks back by using the Bikini Body Guide workout regime. She weighed 145lbs after having her baby and wanted to slim down to 122lbs. She was also dealing with postpartum anxiety, which made staying motivated for working out a difficult ask. She would quit and start all over again numerous times.

After several attempts she did get her weight to the desired 122lbs, except her body didn’t look anything like how she expected it to. That’s when she had somewhat of an epiphany. This sudden realization allows her to live her life to its fullest without letting the numbers on the scale define her.

Kelsey recently shared a photo with a message that has gone viral. The post seems to have spoken to thousands of people about what having a healthy body really means. So, if you have been feeling down about the numbers that appear when you step on the scales, let Kelsey explain exactly why they don’t matter.

“SCREW THE SCALE”

“I figured it was time for a friendly, yet firm reminder,” Kelsey wrote.
