This Photographer Shows How Different Dinnertime Looks All Across The USA

Some people out there have some seriously interesting habits and rituals, and if you spend some time with them, you’ll start to notice those habits and begin to see what actually makes all those people so interesting.

A Milwaukee-based photographer named Lois Bielefeld that traveled across his nation is documenting people during their weeknight dinners. In this way, he is revealing the dinner habits of people around the world.

“I’m super nosy about people’s habits,” Lois explained to Feature Shoot. “I’ve always craved going into people’s homes- it’s inspiring, curious. It gives so many sometimes subtle and sometimes blatant insights about someone.”

Some of the people below are strangers to the photographers while some other have already been featured in her projects. Lois told everyone to go about their dinner planes like they would normally do on any weeknight, capturing so the ordinary meals and the casualness of the preparations.

She also noticed that some put extra effort in preparing the dinner but Louis thought that this only gave her series some new layers to explore.
