The nervous little Prince George made it to his first day at school with his father Prince William, after his mother, Kate, found herself bed-bound due to morning sickness.
George, who is fours year old, looked pretty smart in his new uniform with a blue official school jumper and red logo, blue Bermuda shorts and some blue socks with laceless shoes.
He was driven to £20,000-a-year Thomas’s Battersea, in south west London, from Kensington Palace strapped into a child seat in the rear of the family Range Rover.
As they approached the door, William made sure to hold his hand tightly, almost 30 years after his mother Diana did the exact same thing for him on his first day of school.
Little George shook hands with Helen Haslem who is the head of the lower school, before he was shown to his new reception year classroom. His mother Kate, 35, had really hoped to be there but wasn’t feeling very well since she is suffering from Hypermesis Gracidarum that can cause her to vomit up to 50 times a day.
Kensington Place said that he will be known as George Cambridge to his classmates.

William on the other hand looked very proud to take his son to the school, the same way his mom did.
