When you feel pain somewhere, how do you normally handle it? Do you take a pain killer or take a walk? While both can relieve pain, there are other ways to relieve pain coming from different parts of your body. Just like the foot is hot wired to all the other parts of your body so is your ear. Each ear contains a complete reflex map of the body, rich with nerve endings and multiple connectors to the central nervous system. The six points in the pictures below relate directly to different parts of the body. Applying a small bit of pressure to these points, either with your fingers or with a clothes peg can relieve pain in the corresponding part of your body. So next time you feel a twinge give it a go and feel the results.
