Rita Ora has opened up about wanting a family on an Australian breakfast show. The Anywhere singer has revealed that she had already frozen her eggs years ago. She added that she is not taking any chances when it comes to her fertility.
Recently she appeared on the Australian television program Sunrise and spoke of her desire to start a family, saying: “Me being 27 soon, I thought about this when I was in my early 20s, about kids.”
“I have always wanted a big family. Maybe that is me being a hypochondriac, but I have always wanted a big family and my doctor asked me, ‘I think you should freeze your eggs when I was in my early 20s’, that is what he said to me.” the 26-year-old said.
The host David ‘Kochie’ Koch shockingly said : ‘That is a confronting question from a doctor!’
“I know, but he has been my family doctor for a long time and he said you are healthy is now and it would be great, why not put them away and then you never have to worry about it again?”Rita Ora explained.

The singer explained that she thinks it all depends on people’s beliefs. “I’m a big believer in using what we have in making the most of it.” The Your Song singer added.

She adds that she just wanted to really be safe. “Maybe that is me being crazy.” she added.
Not long ago, the singer appeared on the Germany’s version of The Voice where she performed her newest single Your Song.

The singer also performed on the Australian morning show Sunrise.
Even though all the coaches eventually turned their chairs recognizing her talent, they didn’t recognize who she was. Regardless, Rita said she had fun on the show.
“My single was top of the charts for a few weeks in Germany so it was the perfect thing to go and show some support and love,’ she said. ‘They were a bit confused. It was fun, it was wicked.”
