Skin tags are very common soft skin growths which can appear quickly in inconvenient places. Most often, skin tags appear around the eyes, on the neck, on the armpits, around the breasts, and in the groin area. Usually, they show up in places where the skin folds.
People should know that skin tags are harmless and is not a serious health concern but they can be annoying. On the other hand, if a person has no knowledge of them, they can be extremely unpleasant, embarrassing, and scary.
Sometimes they are related to obesity. But, obesity is not the only reason. Sometimes tight, rubbing, clothes can also cause skin tags to grow. It’s not uncommon condition for pregnant women as well.

Dr. Doug Willen says there is a simpler way to remove skin tags at home. “You should rub apple cider vinegar on the skin tag 2 to 3 times a day in a period of a week. ” explained the doctor. This way in time the skin tag will change color and fall off.
You can also try a different method to apply the vinegar. Soak a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar and hold it in place over the skin tag with a bandage. But if you decide to you use this method remember to check for skin irritation first.
