Sisters Go Into Labor At The Same Time And Give Birth Just 15 Minutes Apart

Last year, an unlikely and incredible event happened where two sisters went into labor at the same time and gave birth at the same time.

Katie Struve Morgan, who was 29 at the time, went into labor  on August 10th. But she never expected for her sister, Corey Struve Talbott to not only go into labor at the same time as her, but also turn up in the same room, leaving the doctor to alternate between the two.

The best part? Corey’s C-section was actually scheduled to be on a different date, which makes this all the more of a once-in-a-lifetime event.

Katie delivered her daughter Indie at 1:28 PM, while Corey’s daughter, Ryatt arrived 14 minutes later at 1:42 PM.

It was quickly decided to go with the C-section, Corey said. “Dr. Laughlin was just two minutes into the process of my delivery,” and then, another surprise.

Both of the families were made to go from one delivery room to the next while Corey’s husband Travis worked the camera to capture every moment of the incredible event.
