Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson seems to always find his way in the latest movies and TV shows, doesn’t he? He’s all over the place, and definitely a badass.
The 45-year-old wrestler-turned-actor recently confirmed a Fast & Furious spinoff series starring him and Jason Statham, reprising their roles of Luke Hobbs and Deckard Shaw respectively, and that being the main reason why the next film in the F&F series was delayed till 2020. I always thought they needed the extra time to design the solar system in CG because the franchise will go into space, but I guess I was wrong.
And despite all the badassery and coolness of The Rock, he still manages to be a nice and down-to-earth person, like when he recently granted the wish of a dying grandmother, after receiving an email from one of her grandchildren.
The email was forwarded to Johnson by his team without any explanation why, but the email itself states that 76-year-old Judy Rosenberg, who was on her deathbed at the time when The Rock received the email, is a “potty-mouth grandmother” who has been married for 57 years, and is also a mother of five and a grandma of 17 kids! However, she currently has a few miles left, as she has stage 4 pancreatic cancer.
In the video above, Johnson states that he finds it amazing how Judy has 17 grandchildren, adding that while he doesn’t have children himself, he likes to practice making babies, as he knew Judy would appreciate the joke.
“‘She’s a potty mouth’, I love you already, Judy.” he went on to say in the video.
He went on to send her – by request – an air kiss and he told her she is ‘sexy’ before wishing her “all the love and all the positive energy in the world”.
