According to the CDC, the deadliest animals in America are bees. Over 100 Americans die every year from bee and wasp stings and thousands more due to allergic reactions. 1. Know all the symptoms
A sting obviously hurts but the difference is between that and a serious situation is dizziness, swelling, difficulty breathing so you should immediately call an ambulance.

2. Remove the stinger
The best thing is to scrape the stinger off with something flat, like a credit card.
3. Wash the sting
When the stinger is out, clean the sting nicely with soap and water.

4. Treat the sting
To bring down the swelling you can put wet tobacco for less then 10 minutes, toothpaste or baking soda. Vinegar can work good too.

Pain relievers like acetaminophen or ibuprofen can help you but aspirin works fine too. Make sure to follow the directions on the packaging and remember that kids should not be given aspirin.
