The thing that is widely ignored all the time, is the connection between your body and your mind, spirit and emotions. Humans experience physical and emotional connection all the time, but a lot of us are not paying attention. In order to pay attention one must be watching out for these signs.
1. Pain in your head.
Headaches can be caused by stresses of the day. Do not forget to take some time to relax every day.
2. Pain in your neck.
Having trouble forgiving others or yourself can cause pain in your neck. If you are feeling neck pain, try to remember the things you love about people.
3. Pain in your shoulders.
Carrying a heavy emotional burden can cause shoulder pain. Try to focus on some proactive problem solving and distributing some of that burden to other people in your life.
4. Pain in your upper back.
It means that you do not have enough emotional support. You might feel unloved and unwanted. This means that it is time to go out on a date or two.
5. Pain in your lower back.
This means that you are too worried about money. This is the best time to ask for that raise.
