Also known as Bhujangasana, this pose involves lying face down with your hands at your sides. As you inhale, bring your chest up but keep your legs on the ground.

Also known as Dhanurasana, this is a slightly more advanced pose. Lie on your stomach and grab your ankles behind your head with your arms while flexing your butt. Hold for 15-30 seconds, then release.

Also known as Kumbhakasana, this pose is pretty straightforward, but requires strength. You actually begin on your hands and knees, then slowly walk your legs back into the full position.
