Meet Zoë the cat, who literally wears her heart on her chest.
This type of cats is called tuxedo, or the Felix cat in the United Kingdom. They have been a frequent landmark of popular culture, present in books, cartoons and literature.
It was the black heart on Zoë’s chest that played a crucial role in the life she lives today.
Her owners initially intended on adopting her sister Izzy; however, once they noticed Zoë and her big heart patch, it was love at first sight. Then, the decision was made not to separate the sisters and to adopt Zoë and Izzy together.
As Zoë grew, the heart on her chest did too
As her fur grew longer and longer, she became affectionately known as “The Fluff”. At some point, she also acquired the “Queen of Hearts” nickname.
She might be called a Queen, but at times she’s nothing short of a real jester
Zoë and Izzy have a joint Instagram account with more than 107,000 followers under the name @izzyandthefluff. Izzy complements Zoë ingenious wackiness with her amusing, never-dull facial expressions.
These two domestic British Shorthair sisters have adorably contrasting personalities. Izzy is the explorer who’s always seeking adventure, while The Fluff is the cautious, but curious one. Together, they make a perfect duo that the world just cannot stop looking at.
