10 Simple Home Remedies To Relieve Lip Dryness

1. Coconut oil for lips


If you don’t have coconut oil you can also use almond or jojoba oil and you need to blend it with a few drops of an essential oil such as tea tree or grapeseed oil. Then you need to apply this mixture twice a day or before going to bed.

2. Honey and Vaseline


This remedy is very simple, all you have to do is apply a layer of honey on your lips and then on top of it a layer of Vaseline. Then you need to leave it for 15 minutes before wiping it off. Do this once a day for a week for the best results.

3. Rose petals

This sounds very luxurious but it will definitely make your lips much softer. All you need is 6 rose petals and 1/4 cup raw milk. You need to soak the petals in the milk until they become like a paste that you will apply on your lips and leave it for about 20 minutes. Wash off with cold water.

4. Cucumber for chapped lips

10. Vanilla extract for chapped lips
