Angelina Jolie Went Full Mean Girls To Jennifer Aniston At The Globes

You know that look that Dakota Johnson gave Angelina Jolie at the Golden Globes? As we wrote, it was for a good reason – the longstanding drama between Jennifer Aniston and Angie, which Jolie pulled off perfectly, Mean Girls style.

As they say, the devil is in the details, and this time the details are in the past. As most people now know (unless you got lost in a rainforest somewhere) the feud between the two has to do with their ex-husband, fellow actor Brad Pitt. First, it was Aniston who was married to him, then allegedly Angelina Jolie stole him from her.

A history that makes for some very awkward moments every time Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie find themselves in the same room. And as Unilad reports, you would think time heals all wounds, but the Golden Globes showed us that’s patently false.

And the two had one of ‘those moments’ at the awards too.

Basically, Aniston had to introduce some nominees, and when the cameras panned to show us what she’s looking at, it became clear that it was basically Angelina Jolie. Who, in turn, pretended like there was no Jennifer Aniston, no nominees being read, and that generally, she was someplace else.

The awkward “mean girls” reaction from Angelina set off a chain reaction of similar behavior. Dakota Johnson, the Fifty Shades starlet, engaged in some serious side-eye as she tried to check up on Jolie’s reaction.

M-hmmm. I need some lessons from Dakota Johnson I think.

Twitter had no chill, of course:

“You’re lying if you can’t relate to Dakota staring at Angelina’s face for a reaction to Jennifer being on stage.”

Another tweet added:

“Dakota Johnson got caught watching Angelina Jolie while Jennifer Aniston presented: When you’re trying to be subtle, but you can’t help yourself.”

Here’s a full representation of the awkward moment. It’s science!

Twitter users had something to say too:

Although, they quickly focused on how good Jennifer Aniston looked!

So maybe time doesn’t heal all wounds, but you can sure stop it like Jennifer Aniston did.

I like books, flowers, makeup, and long walks. That pretty much sums me up.
