1. Baking Soda For Acne Treatment

What you need:
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Water
Prep Time
2 minutes

Time needed for the treatment:
3 minutes

The preferable method to use:

First of all, you have to wash your hands and your face. Then pat them dry with a clean towel. Mix the water and the baking soda until you get a smooth paste and then massage the paste onto your face. Focus on the areas which are affected by pimples, blackheads, or whiteheads. Using warm water, rinse off the paste after you left it on for about 2-3 minutes. For a second time, rinse your face with cool water, then pat dry with a clean towel. Since baking soda can dry your face, it’s suggested you use a non-comedogenic moisturizer.

How often to do this?
2-3 days at a stretch. Afterward, twice a week.

1 tsp Lemon Juice

Again, priority: Wash your hands and your face. With the intention of patting away the excess moisture from your face by leaving it a bit dam, use a clean towel. On the other hand, mix the baking soda and the lemon juice until you get a smooth paste. Onto the areas of your face affected by acne marks, dark spots, and pigmentation, massage the paste. After you left it on your face for about 1-2 minutes, rinse off the paste with warm water. The second time you rinse your face, use cool water. Afterward, use a non-comedogenic moisturizer

2 tbsp Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
1 tbsp Baking Soda
Preparation time:

15 minutes

Until you get a smooth paste, blend the ingredients together. As instructed above, wash carefully your face and hands and then dry your face using a clean towel. Like you would apply a face mask, apply the smooth paste onto your face. Once you’ve covered all your face, you’re done so leave it like that for 15 minutes. Pat some water onto your face. Like mentioned above, mix the ingredients until you get a smooth paste and then apply this to the affected areas of the skin. Leave it like that for about 5 minutes. Afterward, use cool water to rinse the mixture off your face.

Just like mentioned above you first get the smooth paste. Leave it on your lips for about 2 minutes. Gently rub the mixture on your lips to exfoliate by using your fingertips.

A few drops of Water

Until you get a thick paste, mix the baking soda with drops of water. Start brushing your teeth with it after you scooped the mixture up with your toothbrush. Brushing should be done in up and down and circular motions. Use water to rinse it.
