If you have never heard of Marie Kondo, let us tell you all about it. The bestselling author of The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up, Marie Kondo has recently gotten the hearts of millions of people with the latest new Netflix series, Tidying Up. In the show, she uses her self-proclaimed KonMari Method to organize homes in need of a little love and care.

The Tidying Up star is great at sorting disorder, but the main idea of her process is to “bring joy” to those who use it. The purpose of the method is to tidy up your room by throwing away physical items that don’t bring joy to your life. And now, of course, people on the internet are putting the KonMari Method to the test and seeing if it works for them.
