Britney Spears’ Boyfriend Is Inspired By The Singer’s ‘Strength’ After She Checks Into Mental Health Facility

Britney Spears has checked in into a health treatment facility after she was reportedly distraught over her father’s illness. The “…Baby One More Time” singer posted on Instagram on Wednesday after a month-long break, writing “Fall in love with taking care of yourself. Mind. Body. Spirit.”

In sickness and in health.

According to a source speaking to E! News, the singer’s boyfriend, Sam Asghari, has been a huge support over the past few months, and the pair “are very much still together.”

The source explained that the model has been by Spears’ side all this time, and it’s obvious “that this is just a phase in Britney’s life that they will have to adjust to right now.” The insider further explained that Asghari has been very helpful, doing everything in power to make the singer feel better.

After the news broke that Spears was seeking treatment, the 25-year-old took to Instagram Story to praise his girlfriend.

It isn’t weakness, it’s a sign of absolute strength, people should only be inspired by this, at least I am.

Earlier this year, Spears announced that she was postponing her “Britney: Domination” Las Vegas residency following her father’s life-threatening illness.

I am dedicating my focus and energy to care for my family. We have a very special relationship and I want to be with my family at this time just like they have always been there for me.

Thank you to all my fans for your continued love and support during this time. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and I look forward to the time when I can be back on stage performing for all of you.

According to a second source speaking to E! News, her father’s health situation has affected the singer’s emotional well-being, who then decided to “take time for herself,” as well as to focus more “on her kids, her family, and her boyfriend.”

The source further explained that Jamie Spears is keeping a positive attitude when it comes to his health and that he is doing better.

In 2008, after an exceptionally tumultuous time, the singer told Daily Star:

My father saved my life. I probably wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for him. I’ve not always been a good daughter, but he basically gave up his job and his life to look after me at a time when I wasn’t even sure I wanted to go on living. I owe him my life.

It’s a good thing she has her boyfriend during this difficult time, and that he is being very supportive. Family is really important to the singer.

Sending our love and prayers!
