Kulture Kiari Cephus is totally a “dada’s” girl!
Cardi B and Offset’s little girl Kulture is expanding her vocabulary more and more every day, with the latest addition being the word “dada”, much to her father’s delight.
On Sunday, the Migos member shared a video on his Instagram Story which shows him asking his daughter to “say dada”, which she eventually does! And Offset showed his excitement over the new word by captioning the video, “Yes finally.”
Guess it was a work in progress…

And apparently, Kulture really is a daddy’s girl, as the “Bodak Yellow” rapper explained to E! News in October, “Sometimes she be throwing tantrums and I be telling Offset when he’s on tour, ‘Oh my God this girl be throwing the craziest tantrums.’ Then when he come around, she doesn’t do it.” Cardi then joked Kulture makes her “look like a liar, or like I’m exaggerating.”
Kulture was born on July 10, 2018, and since then the couple have only shared a handful of pictures of their baby girl, including this one from Sunday evening which shows the entire family dressed up for Easter.
“Happy Easter from mines to yours,” Cardi captioned the picture.
On their March issue, Cardi told Haper’s Bazaar that she and Offset were reluctant to post pictures of Kulture in the beginning. Apparently, when their daughter was born, Offset told Cardi, “She’s so beautiful. Watch how people gonna go crazy.”
“Cause a lot of people were saying mean stuff, like that we don’t post her because she’s ugly,” the “Taki Taki” star added. “He was like, ‘I’m about to post my baby right now.’ But then we were very concerned because we were getting a lot of threats, so he said, ‘The world don’t even deserve to see her.'”
It is also obvious that Cardi is a good mother, and she apparently loves this “job”.
“I’m a good mom,” she recently told E! News at the Swisher Sweets Awards. “I’m good at a lot of things. The best job is a mom. I’m really good at being a mom,” she said, adding that Kulture is “like my little best friend. She just makes the gloomiest days like sunshine. I love it. It’s is slice of heaven.”
But just like a lot of new mothers, she also struggled with postpartum depression in the beginning, telling Harper’s Bazaar that she felt like “the world was heavy on my shoulders.”
Thankfully, everything is better now. Maybe Kulture’s new word will be “bestie”?
