Another day, another scandal!
The President and the first lady were departing from the White House and getting into Marine One helicopter. He was holding an umbrella as he was talking to the cameras, while Melania was standing in the rain, as usual.
He was so into the camera that he totally forgot her wife was getting soaked behind him.
The President holding the umbrella while Melania stands in the rain (looking unbothered, tbh).
They are pictured before going to the South Lawn of the White House.
For more, here’s the video.
Melania ignored her husband’s cheating allegations, declaring for ABC:
I know people like to speculate and media like to speculate about our marriage and circulate the gossip. But I understand the gossip sells newspapers, magazines … and, unfortunately, we live in this kind of world today.
Donald and Melania were leaving for Florida to check the damages done by Hurricane Michael when the umbrella ‘incident’ happened. People took to social media, once again, to comment on the matter.
His deviation clearly caught Melania by surprise and she appeared shocked as her husband walked towards the cameras without offering her any means of protection from the elements.
Initially, the First Lady, who recently returned from her first solo international visit touring Ghana, Malawi, Kenya, and Egypt, held hands with her husband as both left the White House in the rain.
But Twitter users were quick to notice just how awkward the moment was.
The picture shows Melania, 48, caught by surprise from her husband’s action.
She then got close to her husband as they prepared to leave for Florida.
Does she even notice she’s standing in the rain?!
And for the second round of the comments, scroll down.
The duo was heading to Florida to meet with the victims after the Hurricane Michael.
Melania was the first to leave, while the president was waving to the cameras.
This is the president’s first trip to Florida after the devastating condition in which the place was left from the Hurricane Michael. Trump will visit South Georgia, also battered by the hurricane.
Hurricane Michael hit the place on October 10 as a Category Four hurricane on the five-step Saffir-Simoson scale, being one of the strongest storms to have hit the United States. Reports say 18 people have died and many others remain missing.
