Use sunscreen – Even on cloudy days, when you think you are not being exposed to sun rays, you are. Every exposure contributes to possible damage at the cellular level. The American Academy of Dermatology recommends that EVERYONE wear sunscreen daily for the safety of their skin. Besides from using a sunscreen, anti-aging creams are recommended too.
