Adrienne Koleszar dubbed as ‘Germany’s most beautiful model’ was thriving on Instagram with more than 600,000 followers on social media. Besides modeling, the 34-year-old has another very important duty. She is a police officer. However, the bosses ordered her to choose between her career as a model and a police officer, everyone was wondering which one would she stick with.
On New Year’s Day, the model uploaded a YouTube video, revealing that she made the decision to stick to law enforcement. The tough decision came after the Instagram star’s police bosses were not too happy about her frequent bikini snaps, and sat her down telling her to choose between the two.
After a six-month leave, during which period she traveled around Miami, New York, Dubai, Amsterdam, and Cape Town, she finally said that she will stay in the police force and was looking forward to being back patrolling the streets in Dresden, Saxony.
Looking at the camera, she said:
I’m going to work. I’m going back on the beat, I’m putting my uniform on. I’m looking forward to January, even though I know it’ll be a very difficult month. I don’t have to give anything up. I’ll still be on Instagram on social media – of course not as much as in the last six months but I’ll still be just as present as I was before July 1.
Talking about returning to work after her six-month leave, she said:
Of course I had to consider whether I would go back on January 1 and whether I wanted to. That’s a decision I had to make for myself, because it’s no secret that the half-year was a time when I thought about where I’m going.
Furthermore, she added:
Am I happy with what I’m doing at the moment? Am I unhappy and do I need to change anything? It wasn’t really any more than that.
However, being a former model and Instagram star, came with a price: the fans began to recognize her on the streets. Regarding this, she explained:
I’ve never been treated without respect because I’m the Adrienne you can see on the Internet. I have no fear about returning to my duty, being on patrol and working my shifts. I’m convinced it won’t hinder my work.
On the bright side, fans supported and congratulated the young officer, with one person commenting:
I’m glad you’re going back to patrol. If all goes well, I’ll start studying with the police this year. Keep your fingers crossed, I’ll do it for you.
