How to use ginger for weight loss?

1. Pure ginger tea
For a pure ginger tea, you will need ½ inch ginger root and 1 cup of water. Use a mortar and pestle to crush the ginger root, then boil a cup of water and add the root to the water. Let it simmer for 2 minutes and then filter the tea into a cup.
2. Ginger and cinnamon tea
You can add cinnamon to your ginger tea because it’s also a known weight loss agent. For this tea, you will need ½ inch crushed ginger root, ¼ teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon powder and a cup of water.
Put some cinnamon powder in a cup of water and let it stay overnight. In the morning filter the water and let it boil. After that, add the crushed ginger root and keep boiling the water for 2 more minutes. Strain everything into a teacup.
3. Ginger and mint tea
You can also add some mint to the ginger tea to make it taste better. You will need ½ inch crushed ginger root, 4 or 5 chopped fresh mint leaves and a cup of water. Add the crushed ginger and mint leaves to the water that is already boiling, and let it boil for 3 more minutes. Take it off the stove and let it simmer for a bit more. Strain everything into a cup.

Lemons have vitamin C which will boost your immune system. For this tea, you will need ½ inch crushed ginger root, one tablespoon lemon juice and a cup of water. Boil the water first then add the ginger and let it boil some more. Let it simmer for a few more minutes and then strain it into a cup and add some lemon juice.
5. Ginger and honey tea
To take it one step further, add some honey which is known to accelerate weight loss too. To prepare this tea you will need ½ inch crushed ginger root, one teaspoon organic honey and a cup of water. Add the crushed ginger root to the boiling water and let it boil for a minute. Strain it and pour it into a cup. Add a teaspoon of organic honey to your tea.
