3. Castor oil

Castor oil is very good since it has omega 9-fatty acids and vitamin E. The oil manages to moisturize your hair and add volume. Mix it with an equal amount of base oil to get a better consistency and enhance the benefits. After you rub it on your scalp and massage make sure to leave it on for 30-45 min. Wash it off.

4. Eggs

Since hair is made up of keratin protein, eggs are definitely a perfect source of protein. Mix two egg yolks in two tablespoons of olive oil and then take the mixture and apply it on your scalp for 15-2o minutes. Wash it off with cold water.


5. Indian gooseberry

If you are dealing with hair loss then coconut oil infused with Indian gooseberry is very good for hair growth. Heat some coconut oil in a pan and then cook some dried amla pieces until they are charred. Cool the oil and then massage your hair and scalp with it. 6. Lemon juice

Betroot is a vegetable that is packed with protein, carotenoids, vitamin B and C, calcium etc. You should drink it regularly to make your hair grow faster. Combine it with juices or vegetables that you like. Prepare a drink by blending half a cucumber, beet and five carrots and enjoy it.

8. Fenugreek

Or methi, is rich in protein so that’s why it’s good for your hair. It also contains lecithin that helps you strengthen and moisturize your hair. Make sure to soak a cup of fenugreek seeds in water over the night and leave it for four hours. After you take them out of the water, you have to grind them into a paste. Then, apply coconut oil on your hair, followed by the paste. Leave it out for an hour and wash it off. Repeat three times per week.

9. Fish oil

Since fish oil is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, it’s pretty effective for hair growth. Take fish oil supplements daily for a month but if you don’t like the smell then consider taking flaxseed oil.

10. Coconut milk

Coconut milk nourishes your hair and prevents hair loss. You can include fresh coconut milk in your diet or simply massage your scalp with it and leave it on for an hour. Wash it off and repeat four ties a month.
