This Guy Got An Apology Tattoo To Regain The Trust Of His Wife After He Cheated

People usually get tattoos because they like the meaning they have imposed upon the piece of art they decide to ink on their body. They like how it looks aesthetically, or they do it to remember and cherish particular things and moments.

I’ve seen people ink phrases they like, I’ve seen them ink dates or names, symbols related to their interests, initials, and whatnot. However, I believe most of them, before getting a tattoo, thought about how seriously permanent it is. And unless they want to spend large amounts of money, they will be living alongside their tattoo for the rest of their lives. And, I know there are people who might decide to tattoo the likeness of their partner or pets, which are things done out of love and affection.

When it comes to partners and tattoos, this one man who according to his tattoo, happened to be a “liar, cheater, manipulator” among others, has done something we’re really not used to seeing or happening. He got a tattoo as a reminder of the time he cheated on his wife, in the attempts of regaining his wife’s trust. See below:

The text reads:

I, Jose L. Torres am getting a tattoo voluntarily on January 2, 2019 so that I can earn my wife’s trust back for the pain and suffering I have caused in our marriage.

I am a:

– Liar
– Cheater
– Manipulator
– Deciever [sic]
– Whore/prostitute lover
– Dishonest and disrespectul [sic]

The tattoo artist captioned the image with: “Nothing like some nice lettering to start the year.”

He added: “Just to clarify i didnt know the tattoo was mispelled [sic] until they started talking about it”

Well, true. The spelling does leave a lot to be desired. However, what’s important is that the man got his tattoo, and maybe… his wife’s trust back? Hmm!
