Halle Berry Appears To Have Gotten A Stunning Full-Back Tattoo

When you think of full back tattoos, the first thing that probably pops into people’s heads is a massive, intricate thing that’s just very violently there. Not something that people who would prefer a more delicate, minimalistic tattoo design would opt for.

But that’s just plain wrong! And Halle Berry is here to prove it. The actress, 52, is the latest celebrity to sport a new full-back tattoo, as she shared to her Instagram on Tuesday.

Berry’s tattoo is a dainty black and white drawing of a vine branch, lined with leaves, which goes up to her spine. The tattoo was on full display on the actress’ recent post.

She posted a picture of herself with her back to the camera and just very casually cooking some eggs as one does. With nothing but a sequined skirt on. “Who says I’m not a mermaid,” she captioned the post, referring to her skirt and the tattoo.

Though people think it may not be real, since the Catwoman star has been known to frequently sport temporary tattoos.

Like this one she did for her role on John Wick.Qa

Or this white and delicate rendering of the word “love” on her forearm.

The tattoo was also nowhere to be seen during the Golden Globes in January, but of course, there is the option she’s had it done since.

Her latest tattoo is very similar to one Lady Gaga did in honor of her debut into acting with A Star Is Born.

Gaga’s tattoo is of a rose trailing up her back with the words “la vie en rose,” which is the name of a song she sings as Ally in A Star Is Born. It’s also apparently what she sang at a fundraiser which convinced Cradley Cooper to cast her in the movie.
