Inspiring Transformation Photos Of Women Who Dropped 50 Pounds In 2018

Now that 2019 is already here, many of us are looking for new ways to improve our wellness. One of the goals for many people probably is to transform their body into a stronger and healthier one. We don’t want to be those guys who have a gym membership just for the sake of having it. However, we do know that losing weight is a tough feat. It takes a lifestyle overhaul to lose some weight but with determination, we can reach the goals that we set to ourselves.

Just like the women below who stuck to their goals and worked hard to defeat the challenge and drop down 50 pounds. 1. This woman lost 50 pounds in 7 months. Although she felt unmotivated some days, she didn’t give up and ate healthy all the way. Her advice is “Remember the reason you are doing it and don’t be so quick to give up on yourself. Every 1 pound lost is 1 pound closer to your goal.”
