Perpetually Cold People Listen Up: Jackets With Build-In Heating Are Here

If you’re a perpetually cold person such as myself, then you know the struggle that winter brings. Sure, everyone gets cold during the winter, but you feel as though you get colder than others.  The trek to work in the morning through the biting cold feels like hell, ironically enough.

But perpetually cold people, we have just the thing for you: winter wear with built-in heating!

A company called Ororo is selling coats, jackets, vests, and sweatshirts that have built-in heating! They all come with a rechargeable heating device which has a duration of eight hours, so you’ll be warm the entire day.

The Ororo jackets provide warmth in three core zones, and you can adjust the heat to pre-heat, low, medium, and high, depending on the day. Now your fantasy of not having to leave the warmth of your bed is as good as true!

What’s more, you can even use your jacket’s power bank not only to heat up the jacket, but to recharge your mobile devices as well. Just imagine, you’re stuck somewhere in the cold but you don’t feel it, not with the warmth your jacket is giving off and your charging phone in your hand.

You might as well be at home.

However, if this sounds too good to be true, well… there is a downside. They don’t exactly come cheap. I mean, they’re not the most expensive jackets out there, and there are some boring non-heated jackets which are double and triple the price, but you’d also need to put in a bit of cash if you want the Ororo jackets.

The slim fit jacket is $165, the waistcoat is nearly $130, and the men’s jackets are well over $180. Now, if you want a more fashion-forward jacket, you could probably find hundreds of them, and for cheaper, but you don’t need me to tell you they won’t keep you this warm.

You can get them here.
