Kim Kardashian West, Kris Jenner, and family attended the opening of UCLA’s Robert G. Kardashian Center for Esophageal Health named after the deceased father of Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, and Rob, in Los Angeles this Tuesday night. Kim posted a video on her Twitter account, saying:
We are at the opening ceremony for the Robert G. Kardashian esophageal cancer health center at UCLA. We just did the ribbon cutting. We’re going to take a picture with all the doctors and everyone that will be helping and educating.
The 38-year-old was only 22 when her father passed away at the age of 59 after battling with the disease in 2003. The KKW Beauty Ceo, wrote that they “have been planning this for a year now. My wish is that other families can have more information and we can also focus on health and prevention.”
Kim Kardashian proudly and excitedly attended the opening while Kris was seen on the video as well, just as excited. Kris Jenner was Robert’s ex-wife, they got divorced in 1991. In the opening was his daughter Khloé as well.
The Kardashian sisters were all very close to their late father.
Kim adds that her family is also there:
We’re all here. My whole dad’s side of the family came to support.
The UCLA Robert G. Kardashian Center for Esophageal Health will provide resources for research, patient care, education, and training in addition to the treatment of esophageal.

On Monday, Kim announced that she is going to pursue taking a law degree. She took a test on American Tort law on Tuesday. The test covers civil wrongs. She is going to be studying with the effort to pass the California State Bar. Kim is following her father’s footsteps, Robert had a B.S. degree in business administration at USC and a J.D. degree from the University of San Diego School of Law.
On top of everything, Kim is releasing a collaboration with her little sister Kylie on the new additions of her fragrance line.
