Kate Middleton choice of fashion has been the talk of many media outlets. Her wardrobe and sophisticated looks are always being discussed online. Which makes this one talk not that weird. On Tuesday, the Duchess of Cambridge was pictured wearing a £2,100 Eponine dress as she visited Lavender Primary School in North London. However, the beautiful dress caught the attention of a Royal fan. Kate was making the visit as part of Mental Health Week, seemed oblivious to what the fan saw. On Twitter, the “pocket eyes” were named very angry.
One fan shared a snap of the duchess, tweeting:
Someone wasn’t happy to be brought out of the wardrobe this morning… World’s angriest dress
The Duchess of Cambridge was seen wearing the dress which now the fan claims it resembles an “angry face.” Do you guys see it?
Kate wore the green dress with a £295 L.K. Bennett boots, £1,833 gold pavé earrings from Kiki McDonough, and a Mulberry clutch. The shape of the pockets featured a black button to the center which then was compared to an “angry face.” And then the positioning of the crease gave the |angry face” another look. A picture being resembling a “kiss face.”
Kate’s bespoke dress resembled the mouth of children’s character Evil Pea, who claims a furrowed brow and a smirk on the character’s face.
The fan then saw this picture of the Duchess and shared it on her Twitter account.
In one picture you can see the Duchess holding her bag by her hip, and it looks as though her dress is snacking on the bag. And then on another picture, the bouquet of flowers Kate is holding look almost as the angry face now has a nose. You can notice these things too I swear!
And then, of course, the internet decided to take things into their hands and compare Kate’s wardrobe choice to other green cartoon characters. People posted pictures of characters such as Shrek.
Meanwhile other followers joked that the sweater material of Kate’s dress reminded them of Muppets favorite, character Kermit the Frog.
Whereas others claimed that the bespoke dress of the Duchess compared to Fluffy Sesame Street character Oscar the Grouch.
Do you guys see the “angry face?” Does it resemble to any other character?
