Kelly Ripa Reveals Her Routine And What She Does To Stay In Shape

As the #10yearchallenge circled around the internet, we witnessed more and more how celebrities seem not to age like the rest of us. Hello? Does being a celebrity come with eternal youth?

Well, while it’s honestly a challenge seeing all these beautiful celebs looking 20 in their 40s, it would be nice if we actually tried to learn more about their lifestyle and what is truly contributing to their eternal youth. Yup, I’m still convinced that’s the perk of being a celebrity.

I mean, have you seen JLo? The woman is 49! Or Kelly Ripa… She is beyond gorgeous! (and 48). But hear me out, seems like we can look 20 in our 40s too, if only we learn the right regimen of staying in shape. Follow me.

Kelly Ripa spoke to The Cut about her intense fitness regime. The 48-year-old just gave us the inspo we needed to get started!

Although she likes to spend as much time as possible with her three kids, and husband, Mark Conseulos, she still manages to make time for a healthy lifestyle. And when her husband is gone filming TV series Riverdale in Vancouver, Canada she likes to change things up a little.

She told The Cut:

If he is [away], I tend to stay in bed longer,

I make a nice big breakfast. We have stuff we don’t normally eat — pancakes, bagels, that kind of stuff. If Mark isn’t home, I tend to go to exercise class in the morning before the kids get up and then spend the day trying to declutter. Or I’m reading and hanging out with my friends.

So… let’s start eating healthy and exercising ladies! We, too, can look graceful in our late 40s! We got this!
